The Health & Fitness @ Home program consists of the FIT 5 CHALLENGE. The FIT 5 CHALLENGE encourages and motivates common exercise and healthy consuming & vitamin. Athletes will also be given the choice to take part within the FIT 5 CHALLENGE and work toward 5 days of bodily exercise , 5 servings of fruit and veggies per day and 5 bottles of water (16 Fitness oz. or extra) per day. Track your progress with this fun downloadable formeach week for six weeks and obtain a prize! Email your completed varieties post them in the Health & Fitness @ Home Facebook Group.
